Return Process

  Ensure your stove or fireplace is unused, in its original packaging, and within the 14-day return period from the date of delivery.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Safely repackage your item to prevent damage during transit; for heavy items like wood-burning stoves, please ensure the unit is securely palletized.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit to confirm its condition, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
